Facebook with the greatest population and increasing number of users everyday is the most frequently used social network, the most preferable, popular and even some people started thinking to add them to their wealth and wills to be maintained by their youngsters after death, loll!!
The launch of Google + with its versatility and new features gave tough time to Facebook and definitely it was a call for action, therefore after a short pause and patience to see the growing number of users migrating from Facebook to Google +, we are blessed with another updated yet not improved look of Facebook, with a lot of additional security issues to show or hide comments, news feeds, status, friends, updates and events to the rest of the world.
So, here I am going to share one of the security measure that I just discovered and i am sure most of the Facebook users would like to apply it as soon as they come to know. If you don't want each of your activity and news feed to be shared with the rest of your contacts and to be displayed publicly, on the right side of your Facebook home page, then what you have to do is follow these simple steps:
-Post a message on your profile, requesting your contacts to simply keep mouse on your post for few seconds until a box will appear.
-From the appeared box, click subscribe link
-From the drop down list that appear after clicking subscribe link, un-check Comments and Likes
-This is all what your contacts have to do for you and you can also do the same for them :)
